Getting everyone in the car can be quite the challenge. It seems the kids, especially Camden, always has to go look at something. After repeatedly telling him to get in the car, he finally does. Of course it can't be that simple. He has to check out what toys are in the car and usually starts playing with them. Now we are repeatedly saying "get your buckle on". He can be the first one in the car but is always the last one to get his buckle on.
So, we decide to go to Coldstone to use his coupon for his birthday. Camden is outside (he is supposed to be getting in the car) and out comes Kenna with her Snow White dress up shoes on. I tell myself that it could be worse, she could have her dress on also. I think she has other shoes in the car so I just let it go.
It was a quick trip even though we did sit down and eat our ice cream. Kenna just wanted to tromp around in her shoes and Camden was done and getting wrestless. We go out to the car and of course, go through the whole routine of getting buckled up. Matt asks Camden what's the frist thing we do when we get in the car.
Camden replies........ "play".
